FY2027 CCF Australian Infrastructure Environment Scan

The FY2027 Australian Infrastructure Environment Scan (EScan) is CCF’s comprehensive assessment of the civil infrastructure landscape and the horizon ahead. It examines the economic, workforce, housing, energy, productivity and policy trends shaping the sector, including the national infrastructure pipeline by state and territory and activity across transport, housing enabling infrastructure, energy, water and defence. The EScan also sets out CCF’s settings for reform in industrial relations, workforce development, procurement and productivity, and innovation, smart technology and AI. It highlights the decisions governments and industry must make to ensure Australia has the capacity to deliver the infrastructure our communities need.
