The Civil Contractors Federation played a pivotal role in the passage of the legislation placing the CFMEU under administration. Through targeted advocacy, strategic engagement with policymakers, and consistent representation of the interests of the civil construction industry, the CCF ensured that legislative efforts aligned with the principles of fair practice and sector stability. Our proactive involvement through briefing the Opposition and key crossbench members, ensured the timely passage of this legislation.
