A new report from Australia’s peak civil construction lobby group will be formally launched at the event calling for a new phase of productive infrastructure investment to drive Australia’s economic growth.

Prepared for the Civil Contractors Federation by economic forecaster BIS Shrapnel, the 2016 Australia Infrastructure Outlook Report provides a detailed analysis of the state of play and outlook for infrastructure and mining construction in Australia.

Key findings, challenges and recommendations will be presented by BIS Shrapnel’s Senior Economist, Adrian Hart.

CCF CEO Chris Melham confirmed “this is an open event to industry, government officials and the media. The Report and its key recommendations will also form the platform for CCF’s infrastructure advocacy agenda over the next 12 months at a national level”, Melham said.
