Training WA
CIVIL TRAIN WESTERN AUSTRALIA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian Quality Training Framework and Training Accreditation Council.
CCF WA offers a wide range of training courses, and many of these courses are subsidised by the Construction Industry Training Fund. Participants will have access to training through CCF at a lower fee. Members are charged the discounted member rate.
Civil Train is a national strategic initiative of the Civil Contractors Federation to provide training programs that meet the needs of both individuals and the civil construction industry.

Civil Construction Traineeships
CIVIL TRAIN WESTERN AUSTRALIA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) under the Australian Quality Training Framework and is scoped to deliver the following Nationally Recognised Qualifications
- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction & Maintenance)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (Trenchless Technology)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision
Civil Train WA is a leader in the implementation of the Recognition of Prior Learning process (RPL).
RPL is an integral part of competency based training, particularly in an industry such as civil construction where many skills are learnt through experience on the job and not formally recognised. The RPL process provides employees that have learned their skills on the job with the opportunity to receive a qualification. Some training may be required to address idenitfied skill gaps.
