CCF membership comprises of two categories of membership; Contractor and Associates.
CONTRACTOR MEMBERS
These members range from small to national and international companies. Contractor members engage in all aspects of the industry, including:
- Roads and bridges – freeways, highways, urban and rural;
- Land development – residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions;
- Water treatment and reticulation;
- Sewer treatment and reticulation;
- Telecommunications infrastructure;
- Electricity distribution;
- Gas pipelines;
- Dams;
- Irrigation infrastructure;
- Quarrying;
- Land improvement – rural earthworks;
- General excavation
- Demolition
Contractor membership entitles the organisation to all services offered as well as an opportunity to get involved with the CCF through the Board or other committees/bodies.
It is estimated that the membership undertakes approximately $20 billon worth of civil infrastructure work annually, for both public and private clients.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Associate members provide support and are the key suppliers of products and services to the Civil Construction Industry.
These include but are not limited to;
- Manufactured products, e.g. pipes, steel
- Raw materials, e.g. quarry products, concrete, bituminous products
- Equipment sales and hire
- Fuels and lubricants
- Professional services, e.g. legal, accounting, recruitment, insurance

APPLICATION PROCESS - HOW TO JOIN
All applications for membership need to be approved by the CCF Branch Committee and National Board.

COSTS
Contractor membership fees are based on the annual turnover of the individual business to ensure that businesses of all sizes are able to enjoy the benefits of membership.
The contractor membership fee structure (inclusive of GST) is outlined below:

As membership is based on the financial year, new members who sign up will be charged a pro rata rate to ensure that their membership aligns with the rules of the Federation.
