Member services include advice on all award and workplace relations matters including assistance with the preparation of industrial instruments and representation in dispute proceedings and negotiations.

CCF National Workplace Relations Committee
The CCF National Board has established a Workplace Relations Committee to provide advice on national workplace issues and policy/advocacy matters.
Robert Batchelor is the Committee Chairman. Service delivery is managed by branches in line with the needs of their members and also with regard to relevant national policies.
