How to Book Accommodation
To book, complete the online Registration Form and the Conference Managers will forward your contact details, reservation and deposit or credit card details to the hotel of your choice.

Deposit
A deposit equivalent to one nights room tariff (as indicated on the registration form) is required to secure your reservations. Reservations will not be confirmed unless the payment is received. This accommodation deposit is payable with your registration fee payment. The deposit is non-refundable. Full payment of entire length of stay is payable by the delegate on departure of the hotel.
Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be notified to the Conference Managers and not directly to the hotel. Please note that any final changes must be made in writing to the Conference Managers by 1st October 2007. If a written statement is not received by the 1st of October 2007, full payment of entire length is payable.
